Awesome customer service. Was able to get me in same day to fix a rock chip. Very professional and accommodating. Highly recommend

I unfortunately had vandalism done to my rear window of my car. York Road Auto Glass was able to get it replaced within 48 hours of the damage. I dropped my car off the evening before my appointment so they could store my car in the garage overnight. The next day I got a call around 10 am saying it was ready for pickup! I would recommend them for any damage to your car windows.

I had a windshield replaced at my home by this company that developed an edge stress crack shortly after installation. The company initially acknowledged it as a warranty issue and scheduled an on-site replacement, but the appointment was canceled because they said the replacement glass arrived damaged. After that, I was repeatedly told they were still working on sourcing an undamaged replacement, but communication became very inconsistent. Follow-ups were missed, and no firm replacement date was ever provided despite multiple emails and phone calls. Ultimately, the warranty replacement was never completed, and I had to resolve the matter through my credit card company. The issue itself seemed straightforward, but the lack of follow-through and communication made the experience unnecessarily frustrating.

Highly recommend York Auto Glass for AC repair. The air conditioning on my 1992 F250 was blowing hot. They figured it out and the AC is now working extremely well. These guys know there stuff and I highly recommend them. It was difficult to find a shop that would work on my old truck. Very reasonably priced and they take pride in their work. They even stayed late on a Saturday to get it working since I needed the truck for vacation. A+++

York road auto glass gets a 5 star from me! Great price, fast order and delivery on their car parts, great communication and customer service, and did I mention this glass company has a waiting area, free coffee, tea, water, soda, and snacks. Clean establishment, well organized and very competitive prices. I’d definitely recommend!
